This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things

Every single day something in my house is overturned, eaten (specifically referring to things that are not actually food), colored on (specifically referring to things that are not actually children's art projects), peeled off, dented, punctured, or just flat out demolished.

So, who is deserving blame?   Between the 2 dogs and the 4 kids there are a handful of culpable (cul·pa·ble, adjective, deserving blame) creatures that reside here.

  1. Overturned.

Eaten.

*side note: I have picked up piles of blue dog poo for the last several days so I am pretty sure I can guess who ate this grill cover.

Colored on.

Peeled off.

Punctured & Dented.

Just plain broked :(

Some day I will have nice things.  Some day people and dogs won't break everything we own.  Some day...probably right in time to sell it all and move into a nursing home.  So we have that to look forward to.
